I love living in Miami, I have lived here all my life. I have experienced the growth of both Miami Dade and Broward County. I speak, read, and write both english and spanish. I currenlty work out of the vibrant Downtown Miami area.

There are many beautiful areas in Miami, such as the Village of Key Biscayne, which is a quiet and very safe area, minutes from Miami, the Roads, is a neighborhood within Miami just west of Brickell, Brickell, Coconut Grove and many more. Growing up in Miami has given me the expertise to help clients throughout both, Miami Dade and Broward County. I also service Hialeah, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar. Being fluent in Spanish helps me with the majority of the residents in these areas.

Short sales has become a big part of my business, I offer a free consultation to those that are upside down on their mortgage and give them suggestions based on their situation. If a short sale is the best option, I make sure that the homeowners are 100% released from their mortgage and get a fresh start. I help them throughout the process.
